I just finished Emilie Autumn’s Asylum for Wayward Victorian Girls book (good thing too, seeing as I’m going to her show tonight), and just wow…

I’m just overcome with so much emotion… Seeing how all the songs tie in with the story (especially when it quoted the lyrics at times… Goodnight, sweet ladies, goodnight) and everything was just tragically beautiful… And Emilie’s side with her hospital entries and her cutting/drug/suicide diaries, they were simply breathtaking… It definitely opened my eyes to see someone else’s thinking and way of life…

Wow I’m just so glad I was able to read her book and I’m so excited for her show tonight…!!!
