So I’ve been looking at switching majors to Natural Resources, and while I was about 80% sure I found the right major, now I’m sure.
See, I looked at recent graduates from my school that had that major. And this girl that graduated in 2010 with Natural resources- get this: she has a job working with wolves. Technically “wildlife technician to assist with wolf monitoring and management”- she gets to conduct field surveys of gray wolves from the ground and from aircraft, and trap and radio-collar wolves. HOW COOL IS THAT. and that was just her internship. Afterwards she was temporarily hired to monitor movements of bighorn sheep. ok not as cool as working with wolves, but STILL THAT IS COOL.
So now I am 1495635% sure I’m picking the right major to switch to. I just have to survive this term of physics, calc, and engineering first…
